SHIPPING

All items are hand packaged with love (and maybe a little sassiness) by Sarah and shipped by her too... or by Carl (her fantastic sidekick). Please allow 5 (five) business days (Monday - Friday) for us to get our shit together and your garment packaged and out the door.

As a rule, we cannot cancel or change information on shipped orders, but if you have made a mistake with your order, email us at Sarah@ShopRizzos.com immediately after placing your order and we will help to accommodate you as best as we can.

We will ship your items in as few boxes as possible, because we are doing our part to keep mother earth looking her best, just like we are doing that for you bb.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Rates are determined at checkout and are based on package weight and delivery location. Unless noted otherwise, all packages will be shipped via USPS Ground, Parcel or Priority.

All domestic orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of order placement, weekends and holidays excluded. Depending where you live in the US, you will get your package within 1-3 days from the date it was shipped.

There may be a slight delay in shipping during sales or new launches. Very rarely, Rizzo’s will be on a quick getaway which may cause some extended shipping delays. This will always be noted at the top of our website though!

CANADIAN ORDERS

Rates are determined at checkout based on package weight and delivery location. Unless noted otherwise, all packages will be shipped via USPS Ground, Parcel or Priority.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends & holidays. This shipping method typically takes 6-15 business days to arrive, sometimes sooner depending on the location. Basic tracking is included with all Canadian orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Rates are determined at checkout based on package weight and delivery location. Unless noted otherwise, all packages will be shipped via USPS Ground, Parcel or Priority.

Rizzo’s ships *almost* worldwide. All international orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This method typically takes 6-15 business days to arrive. Depending on your country’s customs department, shipping methods may take longer than the expected delivery range given, sometimes up to 30 days. Rizzo's is not responsible for these fees and they are beyond our control. Basic tracking is included for most countries with this shipping method. Tracking is NOT guaranteed.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES

All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Rizzo's is required by LAW to accurately declare the value of all international orders on customs forms. Please do not ask us to mark items as a gift as it is against the law. Sometimes customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.​ We have no control over the fees you may need to pay to collect your item. Please take into consideration you may have to pay customs fees when ordering internationally.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If your package gets returned to us due to duties/customs not paid or item not claimed, etc, we will contact you. To attempt to ship again, you will be charged another international shipping fee. Original shipping fees can not be refunded under any circumstance. If you cannot afford your customs fees and do not claim your package, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee on the item returned to us. This is mainly because oftentimes we don't get the returned/unclaimed package for months after it's shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot reimburse orders that were delivered to the wrong address by the post office or stolen from a private property. Please make sure you have your package sent to a secure address. Thank you for understanding. If you have a package that was marked as delivered but was not received, please contact your local post office.

If your package says delivered but you didn't receive anything, we suggest first checking with your mail delivery person or a neighbor to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong house/apartment. Although rare, this can happen. If the package is not found and if you chose the Priority mail option, you need to contact USPS to file an insurance claim on USPS.com. Please note Rizzo’s is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service or customs. We do not cover loss of packages presumed to be stolen. For any postal issues, you must contact USPS to file a claim.

If you placed an international order and your package isn't delivered, it may be held at your local post office, due to unpaid tariffs/fees. If you have not received your package but says it's delivered, you will need to contact your local mail carrier. USPS does NOT deliver overseas. Once a package has left the US, it is transferred over to your countries local mail carrier. Please note that we do not have a working relationship with USPS or your local mail carrier. You will need to contact your local postal carrier with any delivery issues or concerns.


RETURNS / REFUNDS

Here’s the deal, while we inspect every piece of clothing, they are all vintage and second (maybe third, fourth or fifth) hand finds so they do have some natural wear, tear, discoloration, and well...lived in love. So don’t get your panties in a bunch if your shirt shows up and it’s not deadstock. We will always make an effort to mention and photograph every sign of age and wear but like our garments, we’re not perfect and we’re gettin' old so cut us a break if we mess up.  We accept no responsibility for small imperfections, stains, or tears; we wholeheartedly condone and foster them. These small bits of character are the looking glass to the past that helps us find such unique pieces.

All vintage, secondhand, custom, special order, and handmade items are final sale and we do not accept returns unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. Due to the tricky nature of selling used vintage, secondhand, and handmade clothing, accessories, and wares online, we spend a great deal of time photographing the pieces to look as they truly are in real life, on top of providing detailed measurements for our customers to check and compare with their own sizing and needs.
